- Exp. in Organic Search Engine Optimization Methods are essential 

- Strong knowledge of SEM techniques and methods 

- Proficient with SEM research and reporting tools 

- Working knowledge of PPC (Google AdWords, Overture, etc.) 

- Ability to set processes, develop a comprehensive SEO implementation and management strategy 

- Capability to work with Web Developers/Web Master to optimize pages 

- Conduct keyword research and develop effective keyword lists 

- Monitor site rank performance and develop SEO enhancement strategies 

- Develop and Manage Linking strategies
